Bennett says: "Here are six paintings I made during my August vacation. I continue to be interested in the triangle form, in this case all right triangles, hence the painting titles. Spatial ambiguities are also part of these works — What is in front? What is behind? What is moving in and what is moving out?"
Here are three new paintings. About them, Bennett says: "As you know, I have been using triangles of late. One day the triangles made me think of pyramids and while thinking of pyramids I thought of the shaft in one of the great pyramids leading to the chamber within. The next think I knew I was making these new paintings."
